Your information, your choice

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-22

Inklens is provided by nsflare ltd, registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how the website handles information. It is a draft pending review before public launch.

Birth details stay in your browser

You do not need an account. The date, optional time, and city you enter are used in your browser to display a chart. We do not upload or collect these birth details or the resulting chart. They stay in the current page's memory and are not saved in browser storage.

If you choose to download a share card, the image contains only your Day Master, element counts, and the website brand. It does not contain your birth date, birth time, or city. You decide whether to share the downloaded image.

Anonymous statistics

You can turn anonymous statistics off using the website's statistics control. Only this preference is saved in this browser's local storage. Clearing the site's browser data removes the preference.

When statistics are enabled and a PostHog project key is configured, the website sends only these events:

• chart_computed: whether the hour is unknown and a list of warning codes;
• share_saved: that a share card was downloaded;
• reading_click: the selected Day Master stem;
• email_click: that the email form link was selected.

These events do not include your birth date, birth time, city, chart, email address, or form contents. Each event uses a fresh random identifier rather than a saved visitor identifier. The request disables person profiles and IP-based geolocation. No statistics are sent in previews, when the sample engine is active, when the project key is absent, or when statistics are turned off.

Hosting and external services

Our hosting provider processes technical connection data needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address. Birth details entered into the chart form are not sent to the hosting provider.

Purchases are handled on Gumroad. If you follow a purchase link, Gumroad handles checkout, payment information, and delivery under its own privacy policy and terms. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

If you follow the email signup link, an external form opens. Information you choose to submit there is handled by that form provider and nsflare ltd for the purpose described on the form. The chart form does not send your birth details to that service. Review the form's privacy information before submitting an email address.

Adults only

This website and its written readings are intended for people aged 18 or older. They are not directed at children.
